The uniforms first and foremost needed to be practical and comfortable for the team, but we also saw this as an opportunity to create a moment in culture by partnering with one of our favourite contemporary designers.

We brought the Guinness Storehouse one idea - Irish Designer Robyn Lynch, a name at the forefront of Irish Design and one of the most exciting voices in contemporary fashion - and thankfully they trusted us. Robyn is renowned for using her Irish heritage as the base of the brand's ethos and inspiration, paying tribute to her roots.

Months of research in the Guinness archives, referencing the classic workwear of the past combined with Robyn’s timeless tailoring, resulted in a uniform that the team are proud to wear and has been talked about all over the world.
